At CNHP, we strive to provide the best available software platforms the help analyze data thoroughly and efficiently and to arrive at meaningful conclusions. We have dedicated more than 15 desktops spanning 3 data labs where researchers can come and utilize the provided software packages. Some notable software tools we currently offer our researchers are listed below.

NetAnatomy is an award-winning educational website. The content addresses three anatomical areas, i.e. Radiographic Anatomy, Cross-Sectional Anatomy, and Gross Anatomy. TriNetX is the global health research network that optimizes clinical research and enables discoveries through the generation of real-world evidence. TriNetX combines real-time access to longitudinal clinical data with state-of-the-art analytics to answer complex research questions at the speed of thought.
NVivo is software that supports qualitative and mixed methods research. It’s designed to help you organize, analyze and find insights in unstructured, or qualitative data like: interviews, open-ended survey responses, articles, social media and web content.
MAXQDA is a program designed to facilitate and support qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research projects. It allows you to import, organize, analyze, visualize and publish all forms of data that can be collected electronically, including interviews, surveys, (PDF) documents, tables (Excel / SPSS), bibliographic data, pictures, videos, web pages and even tweets. With its comprehensive range of functions, from transcription to inferential statistical analysis, MAXQDA is an “all in one” software for research and teaching purposes in numerous disciplines.
GraphPad Prism, available for both Windows and Mac computers, combines scientific graphing, comprehensive curve fitting (nonlinear regression), understandable statistics, and data organization.
Visual3D is the premier biomechanics analysis tool for measuring movement and force data as collected by almost any kind of 3D motion capture system. It is a Microsoft Windows application. It provides the calculations needed for kinematics and kinetics - including support for instrumented treadmills. It includes the latest mathematical techniques for optimizations, signal processing and filtering, inverse kinematics, complex biomechanical modeling, forces and force structures, and much more.
IBM SPSS Statistics
IBM® SPSS Statistics® is leading statistical software used to solve a wide variety of business and research problems. This powerful tool provides a range of techniques, including ad-hoc analysis, hypothesis testing and reporting, to make it easier to access and manage data, select and perform analyses and share your results. The solution offers a base edition with optional add-ons that can be activated to expand your predictive analytics capabilities as you need them. SPSS Statistics is available as a flexible subscription option or a perpetual license.
FoodWorks (copyright © 1997-2015) is nutrient analysis software for Windows (including XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and servers).
