Ellen, J. Bass, professor and chair of the Department of Health Systems and Sciences Research, presented at the UCLIC Research Seminar series in September.

Titled "An integrated framework for modeling and verifying usability with respect to the end user’s tasks, motor capabilities and signifier interpretation," Bass' talk presented new tools that support highly automated searches for usability problems in the human-system interface with psychological theory.
