Nurse anesthesia students Jianquiao Chen and Rosangela Santos welcomed visitors in the Atrium at Bayhealth Medical Center during the hospital’s celebration of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Week, which took place between January 20-26. Jianquiao and Rosangela represented the University as they described their training to celebration guests; both students are completing clinical rotations at Bayhealth. “This isn’t an easy program, but your self-esteem increases as you work closely with the medical staff. At Bayhealth, you feel like people support you,” Rosangela told Delaware’s The State Capital Daily.
