Congratulations to MSN Leadership student Allen Fasnacht, who was presented with the 2013 Rita Celmer Award from the Pennsylvania Emergency Nurses Association State Council. The highest award given by the Pennsylvania Emergency Nurses Association each year, the Rita Celmer Award is bestowed on an emergency nurse who has demonstrated commitment, enthusiasm, professionalism and dedication to the profession and to the Emergency Nurses Association.
