Gloria Donnelly, PhD, Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Professions, announced September 17 that Al Rundio, PhD, DNP, and Faye Meloy, PhD, will be appointed to Associate Dean positions, effective October 1.

Rundio, who served as the Chair of the DrNP Program, will be the Associate Dean for Post License Nursing Programs, overseeing the RN-BSN, MSN, Nurse Anesthesia, DNP, and CNE Programs at the College. Meloy, previously the Chair of the College’s BSN Co-op Program, will be the Associate Dean for Pre License Nursing Programs, overseeing the ACE and BSN Co-op Programs.

Rundio and Meloy will manage an internal search for their replacements. Rundio and Meloy have served as Interim Deans since June 1, and they have worked closely with Dean Donnelly to improve policy, processes, and procedures in the Nursing Division with the aim of faculty and chair empowerment.
