Ryan McDevitt, Physical Therapy ’13, co-authored an article titled “Return to Play Considerations Following ACL Reconstruction.” The article was published in ADVANCE for Physical Therapy & Rehab Medicine news magazine. McDevitt wrote the article while participating in an internship at BreakThru Fitness and Physical Therapy in Voorhees, New Jersey, alongside BreakThru’s co-owner, Lance Knaub.

McDevitt said, “Participating in writing this article was a great learning experience for me. BreakThru has a large athletic population and as I was researching and writing the article it helped me gain valuable knowledge on interventions and testing that could be used on many of the patients I was currently treating. I was able to use my current knowledge while integrating the latest research in my plan of care.”
