Davey Appointed to Contemporary Family Therapy Journal Editorial Board
November 1, 2012
Maureen Davey, PhD, an associate professor in the Couple and Family Therapy Department, was appointed to the Editorial Board of the Contemporary Family Therapy Journal. This publication specializes in new practice, research, and theories that are useful in family therapy, and also explores how they are affected by certain ethnic and socio-economic conditions. Before receiving her nomination to be on the Editorial Board, Davey was originally an ad-hoc for the Journal’s committee. “I’m grateful for this appointment and look forward to reviewing couple and family therapy scholarships, as well as research to help advance the field," Davey said.
