Adjunct Professor Becky Castellanos, DrNP, presented her dissertation at the Third Annual International Conference on Violence in the Healthcare Sector. The conference, which aims to raise awareness of the implications violence has on the healthcare sector, took place from October 24-26 in Vancouver, Canada. Castellanos presented her work, entitled “Impact of Bullying in Patient Care, the Target Nurses Perspective: Findings from a Phenomenological Study,” to colleagues at the conference. “I am thankful for Drexel’s DrNP program rigor and faculty for propelling me to this point in my nursing career,” Castellanos said.
