The Health Services Administration Program (HSAD) received formal notification that it has been awarded full program certification by the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA) on November 15, 2011. Drexel's HSAD Program is the only program in the Greater Philadelphia region to attain such a distinction.

AUPHA is an association that works to improve the delivery of health services by, among other things, overseeing the certification of premier Baccalaureate and Master's degree programs in healthcare management and health administration in the United States and Canada.
