Linda M. Celia, MSN, RN, BC, Senior Nurse Educator at Hahnemann University Hospital and Drexel CNHP Doctor of Nursing Practice (DrNP) student, was awarded the 2010 Nightingale Award for Nursing Education at the 2010 Nightingale Awards of Pennsylvania Gala on October 22, 2010 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  The Nightingale Award for Nursing Education award is given to a nurse who demonstrates the ability to inspire nursing students and practicing nurses to creatively stimulate students and colleagues in pursuit of knowledge and skills needed to practice nursing compassionately and effectively.
