Physician Assistant Department
Justin Allen Wolfe, MHS, PA-C, joined the Physician Assistant Department in July 2018. Before joining Drexel, he practiced emergency medicine with the Indian Health Service and rural family medicine in central California. Wolfe is interested in clinical anatomy and clinical reasoning development. He also has a strong interest in rural medicine and accompanies a group of second-year physician assistant students to Honduras each year where they help run a rural health clinic.
Wolfe completed his undergraduate degree at Antioch University and at the University of Pittsburgh studying linguistics, where he graduated with honors in 2009. Before becoming a physician assistant, he coordinated research as part of a team investigating adolescent mental health disparities in LGBTQI communities, with an emphasis on depression and suicide prevention. Wolfe also spent time studying addiction medicine in the Mission District of San Francisco.
He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree (DHSc) with a focus on clinical anatomy.
