Justin Wolfe, MHS, PA-C joined the physician assistant department in July 2018. Prior to joining, he practiced emergency medicine with the Indian Health Service and rural family medicine in central California. Wolfe completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh studying linguistics and philosophy and graduated with honors in 2009. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, he coordinated research as part of a team investigating adolescent mental health disparities in LGBTQ communities with an emphasis on depression and suicide prevention. He has also spent time studying addiction medicine in the Mission District of San Francisco.
