Nadeerah Coles, EdD, MSN, RN is an assistant clinical professor for the College of Nursing and Health Professions (CNHP) at Drexel University in the undergraduate nursing programs. Dr. Coles joined CNHP as an adjunct professor in 2016, transitioning into full-time faculty in 2020. She began her nursing journey in 2003 working in various acute care and community health settings including: telemetry, medical-surgical, emergency medicine, home care, outpatient triage, long term care and rehab resident care coordinator, staff development, infection preventionist, veterans health administration, inpatient triage, education and nursing administrative supervisor. She has taught in higher education since 2011, teaching in undergraduate nursing programs, RN-BSN program, allied health and distance learning. She remains in clinical practice with Penn Medicine as a nursing administrative supervisor and internal triage nurse.
