The series of First Time Homebuyer webinars will continue with the next two sessions scheduled for this month:
We are rolling out a second round of $200 stipends to support Philadelphians hardest hit by the economic impacts of COVID19. Specifically, we will offer $200 stipends to Philadelphians who participate in a 60-90-minute one-on-one credit and budget counseling session with one of our certified counselors.
Here are the requirements:
- Applicant resides in Philadelphia
- Rents, lives in transitional housing or with family members. No homeowners, homeownership status will be verified.
- Has access to a computer or smart phone; filling out an intake sent through DocuSign will be required
- Must be willing to attend a 60-90-minute credit and budget counseling session.
- Must be able to provide valid government issued ID and proof of residency (lease if possible)
- Has not received a stipend from ULP within the present year.
- The funds are unrestricted, can be used for rent, utilities, groceries, or any other basic needs.
