With hundreds of Drexel University student organizations and clubs available, College of Computing & Informatics (CCI) undergraduate and graduate students have the opportunity to follow their passions, apply their skills outside of the classroom and make new friends. Beta Phi Mu is an international honor society that recognizes and promotes scholastic achievement in library and information studies.

The only National Honor Society for the computing sciences and is recognized as such by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and IEEE Computer Society. Drexel University was chartered in 1989 as the fifth chapter of the state of Pennsylvania to the Association by the Executive Council of Upsilon Pi Epsilon.
