MS Programs Admissions Requirements & Process

The following items are required for admission to our graduate degree programs. Please make sure to review our Admissions Process section which provides more information regarding submitting documents.

International Applicants

International students must meet the above requirements in addition to the following:

  • Official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Scores, International English Language Test (IELTS) or Pearson (PTE). The test can be preliminarily waived for applicants who have a completed undergraduate or graduate degree from a U.S. based institution.

Note: scores older than 2 years will not be accepted and students must obtain a 90 on the Internet-based TOEFL exam, 6.5 on the IELTS exam, or a 60 on the Pearson (PTE) exam.

All International applicants should visit the International Students and Scholars Services website for additional information.

Dual MS Degree Opportunities

Graduate students already enrolled in a master's degree program at Drexel have the opportunity, through the dual master's program, to work simultaneously on two CCI master's degrees and to receive both upon graduation. To be eligible, graduate students must be currently working on their first CCI master's degree when requesting admission to the second CCI master's degree. They must obtain approval from the graduate advisors of both programs and work out a plan of study encompassing coursework and/or research (thesis) credits for both degrees.

To be eligible, CCI graduate students must be currently working on their first degree and must be in good academic standing when requesting admission to the second. Please let your Academic Advisor know you are interested in pursuing this path when you being the first program.
