I chose this major because... when I was a sophomore in high school, I had no idea what I wanted to do in life. That summer, my mother encouraged me to apply to a Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program, so I did! I had no programming experience beforehand, but through the program, I learned that I really enjoyed solving problems and coding. Not only did I learn a lot, I also bonded with all of the other girls at the program and recognized the need for women in computing. That's when I decided that I would be a Computer Science Major!

Co-ops I've done: Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin; Software Engineer at Woodward McCoach; Embedded Software Engineer at FORT Robotics

Favorite thing/place at Drexel: Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE), Global China Connection (GCC), Asian Students Association (ASA)

When I'm not at Drexel, I'm... playing board games with my friends, eating in Chinatown, or figuring out what my next adventure will be!

When you are in Philadelphia, I think you should... go to Chinatown and get some food from Chu Shang Spicy (and maybe get some boba along the way) :)

Advice to new/incoming students: Put yourself out there! Join new orgs, make new friends, enjoy your experience! College is hard, but it's so important to find a community that you connect with and get through college together.

What is your dream job? I don't have a dream job! I'm just here to see where life takes me.
