CCI’s Graduate Minor in Digital Content Management provides Drexel graduate students with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to manage and leverage information to support better decision making and innovation within organizations and industries of all kinds.
Digital content, in the form of data and information, impacts nearly every aspect of our personal and professional lives and cuts across all societal sectors. The interdisciplinary Digital Content Management minor draws upon the fields of information and library science, information systems, information technology, human-computer interaction, and domain applications in the natural and social sciences.
This minor is ideal for Drexel graduate students (master’s or doctoral level) from all backgrounds who wish to gain skills in knowledge management to apply to their major area of study or career path.
Program Features
- Coursework covers the creation, design, operation, stewardship, and governing of digital content, including systems supporting institutional and enterprise information needs
- Students who successfully complete the Graduate Minor have the option to continue broadening their understanding of knowledge management by transitioning into the Master of Science in Information degree program
