How to Apply for Housing

Applying for Drexel housing is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Below are detailed steps to help you complete your application.

Step 1: Submit the $200 Housing Deposit

To submit the deposit:

• Visit DrexelOne
• Select the Billing + Financial Aid tab
• Select the eBills link
• Select the Deposits tab
• Select the term for which you are applying for housing (Students starting in the winter, spring, or summer quarter should select "fall" when making a housing deposit.)
• Follow prompts to submit your payment

The deposit for current students has been waived through May 15. Current students are encouraged to apply for housing by May 15 to take advantage of this opportunity. 

Step 2: Complete the Housing Application

The Housing Application opens for current students on Saturday, February 3, 2024. It may take up to 24 hours after your deposit is submitted for the housing application to become available.

To access the housing application:

• Visit DrexelOne
• Select the Campus + Community tab
• Select the Housing and Dining link
• Select the link for your desired housing application

Complete all steps in the housing application and select "submit" on the last page. You will receive a confirmation email once your completed application is submitted, sent to your official Drexel email account.

Step 3: Select Your Residence Hall and Room

Students who complete a Housing Application by May 15 (priority deadline) will be invited to participate in room self-selection in late July. Self-selection is available for fall term only. Students who complete a Housing Application after the priority deadline will be assigned as space allows.
