Experiential Education
Within each of the College of Engineering’s programs, you’ll find a foundation of theory coupled with hands-on learning that will include opportunities to work with faculty and fellow Dragoneers at the graduate level on projects that are truly changing the world. Plus, you'll be learning in a world-class city for industry, technology, and culture — Philadelphia, PA. Upon graduation, students in the College of Engineering are ready to enter the professional world or continue on to graduate education and use their skills, knowledge, and experiences to build their own pathway to success.
By infusing academics with real-world experience, our innovative model of learning will allow you to create a pathway to your future and prepare you to excel as a professional and grow as an individual. You’ll even have the chance to discover what you want to do and don't want to do as you gain up to 18 months of professional experience before graduation, thanks to our cooperative education program, also known as co-op.
