No. You’ll need to either deplete your Block Parking funds, or request a refund via email. Once your Block Permit is at $0, you can register for the Employee Discount permit.
If I have a 2 or 3-day-per-week Parking Permit, can I adjust the days I am on campus? For example, if I have a Monday/Wednesday pass and one week I need to be in Tuesday and Wednesday, is this possible?
No — the static part time parking permit options are available only for the days selected. We will be unable to adjust one-off requests.
If I opt into the Employee Discount Daily parking, am I guaranteed a parking space?
No. All daily parking, including the new employee discount option, is based on space availability. If you arrive and the LOT FULL sign is illuminated, then you must find alternate parking.
If I opt into the Employee Discount Daily parking, how do I get in and pay?
First, register for the Discount Parking permit via ParkDrexel. When you arrive at the garage, scan your DragonCard for entrance. The DragonCard is also required for exit.
What are the payment options for the employee discount daily parking option?
Payment is required at the exit with a credit card or debit card.
What happens if I forget my DragonCard?
Upon entrance, take a ticket. Then, contact Parking Services (Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) so that your ticket can be validated to the discount price for payment.
Can I use my Drexel Benefits Card for tax-free parking?
Yes, assuming that the employee has a Parking Flexible Spending Account.
The days of the week I’m on campus will fluctuate. Can I adjust my days if I have a Static 2 or Static 3 day per week permit?
We anticipate a high demand for parking and will be unable to accommodate requests to adjust days of the week.
I have unused Block Parking sessions left. Can I use them?
