Idea Pitch Competition

Friday, March 4, 2016

10:00 AM-1:00 PM

For Drexel students only (undergrad or grad), the focus of this competition is on the effective verbal presentation of an idea. The idea pitch competition program includes educational sessions followed by a formal pitch opportunity in order to receive feedback and a $500 prize for the winner.

Register for the Idea Pitch Competition by clicking HERE.

The program will use a two-round format as follows:
  • Each person/team will have two minutes for an initial verbal pitch. There will be no slides though you may provide a handout to the judges.
  • 5-7 teams will be selected for the final round.
  • Those teams will have three minutes for a verbal pitch with time for judges Q&A.
Registrants will receive additional details on the pitch format by email at least a week prior to the event. Additional information is also available in the attached.

Participants will also have the opportunity to learn more about the spring Commercialization Plan Competition and the 2016 Baiada Institute Incubator Business Plan Competition.
