qigong

In this QiGong (moving meditation) practice we will be moving and breathing with awareness. We will practice gentle rhythmic movements that increase vitality and get the energy flowing so you are feeling more alert, alive, and energized. We will learn a short, simple and powerful routine that can be practiced anytime and anywhere.

You will come away with three to five simple and profound movements that you can practice.

This practice is appropriate for all levels and can be done in a small space. Please wear clothes that are comfortable to move in.

Dawn Weisbord practices acupuncture, qigong and herbal medicine. She has been teaching qigong for twenty years.

For more information please contact Monica Fauble, Wellness Consultant: mfauble@drexel.edu.
