To Report Network or System Trouble
First, determine whether you can browse the web and/or if other people can use the service you are trying to access. If you can web browse or if others can use, say, email, the network/system is probably not down.
You can check the System Status page to see if the problem has already been reported.
Next, call the IRT Help Desk at 215-895-2020. Most network/system problems can be handled via the Help Desk.
Lastly, you can call the CTI/Network Operation Center at 215-895-6666 to report a known trouble. After hours, our automated system allows you to report a trouble or alert the Network and Systems Operations staff of a critical service interruption impacting many users or campus buildings.
