Drexel Pilates Studio
The Drexel Pilates studio offers high-quality, rigorous Pilates instruction in a welcoming and focused environment. We provide an array of services to best suit each client’s workout preferences and needs. From rehabilitation of injury to high performance athleticism, Drexel Pilates offers motivating classes and sessions to increase strength and flexibility, improve posture, and leave you feeling revitalized.
Reformer – Experience a total body resistance workout that cultivates strength in the abdominals and length in the spine.
Wunda Chair – With the ability to adjust resistance to a spring-loaded pedal, the exciting and varied chair exercises become available to clients at every level.
Tower – Strengthen and lengthen the muscles with spring-loaded straps and bars that support your body as you work.
Barrels – Utilize the barrel system to mobilize your torso and strengthen your core with appropriate support for the curves of the spine.
Mat Classes – Mat Classes are offered in partnership with the Drexel Recreation Center and are available to members of the facility. Click here for the current mat class schedule.
Private Sessions – Progress efficiently towards personal goals in in-depth one-on-one sessions.
Mixed Equipment Classes – Experience diverse, small-group workouts on all the major apparatus.
Payment for all services is exchanged in the Drexel Pilates Studio at the time of service. We currently accept cash and checks. Checks are made out to the Drexel Dance Program.
