“Luis and Gerre Mae are both incredibly talented and very passionate about their work,” said Graphic Design Program Director Jody Graff. “I am so proud to say that we have had students included every year since GD USA started the tradition in 2010.” Graphic Design Alumni Philip Gross (’13) and Lauren Beltramo (’13) were named GD USA Students to Watch in 2013.

“I honestly screamed in the Graphic Design labs and called my parents and boyfriend right away when I heard the news,” said Barcebal. “They’ve known since the beginning how I wanted to continue Drexel’s presence in GD USA’s Student to Watch and how I looked up to previous winners like Hannah Olin, Jeremy Bloom, Lauren Beltramo and Philip Gross. It was one of my senior goals.”
