Dr. Joseph H. Hancock was elected Vice-President for Area Chairs for the Popular and American Culture Associations (PCA/ACA). He has been a member of the PCA/ACA since 1996, has served as Area Chair for Fashion, Appearance & Consumer Identity and developed new areas such as Sub-cultural Style, PUNK, Visual Culture and Art History.
