They will also share best practices for finding resources and additional training. Lunch will be provided. Registration is required and limited to filmmakers ages 22 and under. The BlackStar Film Festival runs August 4 through August 7 at the International House of Philadelphia and the Leonard Pearlstein Gallery. Tickets are $12 for General Admission, $8 for Students/Seniors, $6 for BlackStar Members and $6 for IHP Members.
