The Screenwriting minor is intended for the student who is interested in learning the basics of crafting a screenplay as a complement to another area of study. The student will receive a grounding in major works of American and European cinema, and be taken through a course of study ranging from an introduction to the basics of writing for the screen up to the completion of a full-length screenplay.
The minor requires eight courses, for a total of 24 credits.
