Television Management: Emerging TV Technology.

On May 14,2015 Television Management students went to DUTV to create and test a Crystal Radio, the simplest kind of radio that changes radio waves into sound. They had an amazing time and learned a great deal. Student, Asia Crawford stated. It was tough at first to build the radio and it didn't work the first the time, however after tweaking around and solving the problem we were able to hear Dave Culver voice transmitted in the lab. The lesson taught was not only how to build a radio but to understand the issues of technical staff TVMN students may be required to supervise technical staff in the future. who work on something that may take years to make. Overall they learned how to effectively manage and deal with these types of situations.

We also had a 100% success rate meaning that all radios were assembled correctly and every radio worked.

Pictured below are students during the lab.
