I have been teaching Illustration Media and Techniques at Drexel since 1989.
During this time, (and for nearly twenty years prior), I have freelance illustrated for numerous advertising agencies, design studios, communications/marketing firms and publishers.
In 1996 I bit the bullet and learned how to operate the computer, by designing and illustrating tapestries on the mac. In 1999 I became a full time staff illustrator for a publisher of healthcare magazines, illustrating editorial articles on subjects ranging from depression to erectile dysfunction in Adobe Photoshop, ( which replaced my airbrush and acrylics). Now I enjoy the option of working in traditional media or electronic, or a combination of the two.
