Mary E. Cavallaro serves as of counsel in the Labor & Employment Department at Montgomery McCracken. Her practice concentrates on sports, entertainment and amusement as well as labor and employment law matters.

Before joining Montgomery McCracken, Ms. Cavallaro served as a National Representative/Staff Counsel for the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists (AFTRA). She has represented professionals employed under labor and employment agreements in the broadcast, entertainment, music and other media-related industries. She served as chief negotiator for several collective bargaining agreements with network and independent television and radio owners. She administered dispute resolution process for broadcast and freelance employees through grievance and arbitration.

Ms. Cavallaro worked as an Assistant Executive Director for the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists and the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) in Philadelphia. She negotiated and administrated labor agreements with television and radio stations. She administrated SAG agreements covering actors and performers employed on films in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.

Professional/Community Activities:

Ms. Cavallaro serves as a member of the Villanova Law School Sports & Entertainment Law Journal Advisory Board and is a trustee of the Country Day School of the Sacred Heart. She is a past alumni recruiter, ambassador, and local chapter President of the University of Southern California General Alumni Association.
