Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design
Overview
Drexel's undergraduate Interior Design program offers exciting opportunities for the study of interior design within the multi-disciplinary learning environment of the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design. Through academics grounded in problem-solving design studios, cooperative employment, and dedicated faculty; the Interior Design program prepares students for leadership positions in the interior design industry. Within the context of increasingly more complex design projects, the behavioral, technological, and aesthetic aspects of interior design are explored. Combined with Art & Art History and general education requirements, a core of interior design courses creates a unique education at the forefront of design. To prepare for increasingly international career options, upper-level students may choose to participate in the Drexel in London Program or other study abroad options.
The undergraduate Interior Design program is a first professional degree program accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation, CIDA, formerly known as FIDER.
