Margaret Seidler

Seidler is a nationally recognized Organization Development consultant, master trainer, and author based in Charleston, S.C. Her practice focuses on creating higher performance in both organization and community systems. Central to her work is Polarity Management®, a set of principles and method to guide people in tapping the power of “both/and” thinking for better, more sustainable results. Her areas of expertise include managing complex opportunities and challenges, increasing leaders’ self-awareness/self-management, teambuilding, resolving conflict and interpersonal communications skills. In 2008, her first book, Power Surge: A Conduit for Enlightened Leadership was published by the Human Resource Development (HRD) Press, Amherst, MA.

Today Seidler’s community involvement includes serving as Chairperson of the Old Charlestowne District Task Force, an area representing twelve neighborhoods. Also, as a volunteer for the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, she served as the catalyst to form a partnership with the Center for Women to host the annual Women in Business Conference.
