Janet Kroll

Kroll is an independent consultant who partners with leading nonprofits and philanthropies to strengthen program strategies and organizational processes, align structure and staffing with mission and goals, and evaluate programmatic effectiveness. From 2010-2012 she served as Associate Dean for Administration at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Design. Prior to joining PennDesign, she spent a decade as Senior Officer, Planning and Evaluation, at The Pew Charitable Trusts.
