The Drexel Urban Health Collaborative is honored to host Keshia M. Pollack Porter, PhD, MPH, Bloomberg Centennial Professor and the Bloomberg Centennial Chair of the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Pollack Porter will present a talk entitled “Promoting Policies that Advance Health Equity” and will be available to answer questions after the talk.

The Drexel Urban Health Summer Institute offers short courses for researchers, professionals, and students interested in improving public health in cities. Each class focuses on vital topics, tools, and methodologies, such as Geographic Imaging Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Community-Based Participatory Research, all taught by leading public health researchers and faculty. Summer Institute courses will be held both online and in person on Drexel University's campus in Philadelphia.
