At the tap of a smartphone or launch of a browser, social media enables the University to instantly share what’s happening at Drexel with students, alumni, faculty and staff who want up-to-the-second information. Most importantly, social media allows the University to communicate quickly and directly with students, faculty, staff, parents, fans, and friends, and immediately relay feedback to administrators.

Within streams of continually refreshing content, our Social Media and Video team has the flexibility to play a variety of roles to the Drexel community—from information gatekeepers and emergency communicators to playful photographers and hashtag generators. To effectively interact with a highly engaged audience—and to attract and retain potential audiences—the our team produces captivating visual content, from high-quality photography and in-depth video storytelling, to Instagram snapshots and engaging, 30-second video clips.

Our Social Media and Video team can help stakeholders across the University interact productively on social media, whether by sharing important information via the University’s central channels or helping departments and offices craft their own online voice within our Social Media Guidelines.
