The Drexel InfoNET is a network of video displays strategically placed across campuses to rotate University-relevant advertisements — exclusively for Drexel University student organizations, Drexel University professional organizations and departments to announce programs, events, and initiatives. Originally spearheaded by the Undergraduate Student Government Association, the Office of University Communications now provides this service for free to all Drexel students and professional groups who seek to promote their ongoings.
Ad Submission Guidelines
- JPG format only
- Size: 1360 x 564 pixels, Resolution: 72ppi
- Do not submit an ad more than 3 weeks before the scheduled run time.
Ads that do not conform to the specifications above will not be posted.
The Office of University Communications reviews newly submitted InfoNET ads twice a week for quality, content and specifications. Ads can run for a maximum of two weeks prior to the event date. Multiple ads for one event are not permitted. For ongoing or yearlong events, ads must be re-submitted every two weeks and not in bulk.
Ads currently play for 10 seconds. For maximum impact, submit ads with minimal copy in order to communicate your message or event date effectively. Such as the "what, where, when, how (website or phone number)." Detailed information can be listed on a website or through further inquiry.
For questions about submitting to InfoNET, contact email@example.com.
IMPORTANT NOTE!: Double-check all dates, spelling, addresses, web addresses, reserved locations, phone numbers and other details before you submit your ad.
