Veterans Day Breakfast and Parade
All Drexel students, faculty, staff, and alumni who have served their country are invited to join us as we march to salute America's veterans at the first-ever Philadelphia Veterans Parade on Sunday, November 8.
The University's past and present servicemen and women, along with their families, are welcome to attend a pre-parade breakfast and join us in the day's events.
Breakfast (9 – 10:30 a.m.)
A family-friendly pre-parade celebration held in Parking Lot T (Arch Street between 32nd and 33rd Streets). Rain location: Public Safety Conference Room (3201 Arch St., Suite 350).
Pre-Parade Meeting (11:15 – 11:30 a.m.)
We will gather at the red Sorry game piece structure at the Municipal Services Building (opposite City Hall), located at 1401 John F. Kennedy Boulevard. This meeting will occur rain or shine.
Parade (Noon – 3:30 p.m.)
The parade will launch at noon from the corner of Broad and Walnut Streets, loop through Center City, and end at Independence Hall. The parade will go on rain or shine.

Veteran's Day Tribute
Join us on November 11 at 4 p.m. in the A.J. Drexel Picture Gallery to honor our nations' veterans. In addition to to our traditional patriotic protocols in celebration of veterans, this event will include reflections and remarks from Associate Teaching Professor Robert Watts, Department of English & Philosophy at Drexel University, and Lynn Clouser, Assistant Director of the Drexel Collection.
