Student Success and Support

A University Experience Dedicated to You

As a Drexel Dragon, we know that you don't live a one-dimensional existence and your university experience should be designed to meet your individual needs. Here at Drexel, you have the ability to celebrate your whole being, and no matter what you decide to do during your time with us — you are part of a community that cares for you. Cultivated through years of hard work, learning from one's mistakes, and taking advantage of the resources afforded to you, true success develops in this type of supportive environment. At Drexel, there are many offices dedicated to helping you reach your maximum potential. The Steinbright Career Development Center, Academic Advising, and many more offices around the University (including International Students and Scholars Services for international students) all work in close collaboration to provide comprehensive support and guidance to help you truly thrive while at Drexel and beyond.

Are you a New Dragon? To help guide you through your first year here, our First-Year Experience site provides you with all the information you need for the first year of your Drexel journey.
This Is Your Team
At Drexel University, all full-time undergraduate students are paired with advisors that support them throughout their entire time at Drexel. These staff members are part of what make up every student's Success Team.

Take Care of Your Mind and Body

Wellness is about maintaining good health in mind, body, and spirit. And you should never feel intimidated to reach out and ask for support in regards to your own mental and physical health. Among others, the staff members in the Counseling Center, Student Health Center, and other Counseling and Health offices are all dedicated to helping you reach your wellness goals. If you find yourself in need of immediate assistance, please contact the incident support service that matches your need right away.

Get Involved in an Inclusive Community

Every Drexel Dragon has a unique perspective and is encouraged to share it with other members of the Dragon Family through getting plugged into at least one of Drexel's many student organizations or inclusive communities. When you're in a community with others who care about you, you are truly empowered to make the most out of your time here.

Explore Family Resources

Family members of our Drexel Dragons make up an integral aspect of our University community. Whether their student has just begun their time here or they're recent alumni, we hope that our parents and families will remain informed about and connected to both the Drexel family and the student experience here through dedicated University resources.
