Learning Hour Series: Leadership

This Learning Hour, on the topic of Leadership , will be highly interactive and informative. Dr. Michael Scheuermann, Associate Vice President, IRT, will identify several leadership models augmented by insights from those who have studied leaders and leadership from myriad angles. Dr. Scheuermann teaches graduate courses on leadership and organizational behavior through several colleges in the University, including LeBow, Engineering, Goodwin, and the College of Medicine. Participants will have the opportunity to assemble a number of key takeaways that they can consider further - i.e., "everyday" leadership concepts they can apply in their own workplace settings as they deem appropriate – whether they are rising leaders or in leadership roles already.
