You use your Drexel username and password, the same credentials you’d use to log into any computer on campus.

How do I print fliers for my student organization?

Using one of the SORC’s computers, pull up your file and print from the Cannon printer. After you select the Cannon printer and hit “print” a small dialogue box will pop up asking you for a username and pin. You will enter your student organization’s copy code as both the username and the pin.

Black and white copies are $.03 each after your first 50 prints (the first 50 black and white prints are free). All color copies are $.08 each.

How much do copies cost for the larger sized paper (11x17, 8 ½ x14)?

They cost the same as the regular 8½ x 11 paper.

How does my club pay for it?

At the end of the term, your student organization’s #17 account (SAFAC account) is charged for the cost of the prints.

How do I reserve SORC equipment (popcorn machine, karaoke machine, fondue, etc.)?

You must come to the SORC and fill out an Equipment Rental Form.

SORC equipment rental is free.

What if the SORC doesn’t have the specific paper color/balloon/some other item that my group needs for an event?

If the item you need is something that the SORC normally provides, and you let the administrative assistant know in advance (at least one week), she can acquire the color/item that you need.

Annual Allocations is the process in which student organizations submit a fiscal year operational budget by the designated deadline to receive a portion of the available Student Activity Fee funds. These monies are used to general body meetings, standard organization operation, capital expenditures, and events open to all registered students at Drexel.

When is Annual Allocations?

It occurs annually in April.

You can find it in the documents section (on the left hand side) of your profile page in DragonLink.

I turned in my form a few weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything/been paid yet. What is happening?

We process forms as quickly as we can. The length of time it takes to process forms varies by term, the number of requests we get at the same time, and the availability of the other offices that also process your financial paperwork. If there is an issue with your request, we will contact you. If we do not contact you, you can assume that your form is still being processed.

Additionally, if you are waiting for Web Finance to update with your expense/deposit, please know that the system is quite delayed. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the speed of Web Finance, as it is run by a different department at Drexel, we appreciate your patience.
