The bullets below serve to best help students and their families successfully comply with paying a student conduct fine:

• All fines must be paid at the cashier’s window – 1st floor Main Building (Student Financial Services)
• The appropriate fine form must accompany the payment
  • (Alcohol Fines)
  • (Acceptable Use and Fire Fines)
• A receipt will be provided.  
• Additionally, half of the fine form will be signed and returned to the student who must bring this to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards as proof of payment
• Payments can be made by cash or check
• A HOLD will be placed on the student’s Banner record if the proof of payment is not received by the stated deadline (a request for an extension is reasonable when made prior to the deadline)
• All fines support Student Affairs educational initiatives
