Strategic Plan Retreat

The President's Retreat for Strategic Planning was designed to generate and discuss some exciting "Big Ideas" for Drexel, analyze how to move beyond some of Drexel's ongoing challenges, and build consensus about strategic goals. The two day retreat included presentations on research and on Drexel's global impact, and a special presentation from George Gephart, President of The Academy of Natural Sciences, and several of his colleagues about the Academy's new affiliation with the University. Small group workshops focused on the recommendations by the Phase I Task Forces and on planning for Drexel's future.
