William F. Lynch serves as a Professor in the School of Education’s Learning Technologies and Higher Education programs. He has published a book titled “Educational Technology: Leadership Perspectives.” Lynch has also published a variety of different peer-reviewed articles on the topics of distance education, online education, and educational technology.
