Executive Format in Sacramento, CA
The second option allows students to collaborate with peers in Sacramento and expand their body of knowledge through cooperative learning.
The program is taught in an "executive," in-class/online format, with classroom sessions held one Friday (6:00 pm - 9:00 pm)/ Saturday (8:30 am – 4:30 pm) three times per quarter. Students enroll in the HRD as a cohort taking courses together (10 core and three concentration courses) allowing for interaction and networking among peers and local leaders.
Both structures allow working professionals to continue their studies, and afford the convenience of part-time study with a collaborative advantage.
