The Right to Peace: Academic and Action Program

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that the recognition of the “equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world.”
 
Join us on the 30th anniversary of the Declaration on the Rights of Peoples to Peace for an insightful lecture and discussion on human rights and actions for the global, local and personal right to peace. All are welcome. Lunch will be provided. Free event.

Co-sponsored by the Office of International Programs, the College of Arts and Sciences, the International Area Studies program, United Nations Association of Greater Philadelphia, Peace Day Philly.
