Interview Schedule Types
Students who meet an employer’s specifications may submit interview requests online by submitting their resumes through Drexel Dragon Jobs. Employers may make primary (“Accept”) and secondary (“Alternate”) candidate selections, as well as “Decline” candidates. Accepted students will sign up online for an interview time slot first. After primary sign-up has closed, alternates will have the opportunity to select any remaining available time slots.
Pre-select interviews are only available during the fall and winter dates noted on the recruiting calendar. All other times of the year, interview schedules will be room reservation only.
Room Reservation Only
Employers may cultivate applicants by posting jobs to Drexel Dragon Jobs, attending career fairs, hosting information sessions, and by searching resume books. Employers can contact the Senior Assistant Director of Career Services to determine room availability and reserve a room for interviews. Interviews can be scheduled between 8 am and 5 pm most weekdays, but please confirm all details with the Senior Assistant Director of Career Services before making arrangements with students.
Once a room is confirmed, the employer is expected to contact students directly to make all scheduling arrangements. Employers are asked to fax a copy of the final interview schedule two working days prior to the interview date to the attention of Andrew Duffy, Senior Assistant Director of Career Services, firstname.lastname@example.org or 215-895-6468.
