- You can Rank students as:
- "OFFER" (offer the student your job) meaning you want to offer that candidate a position.
- "ALTERNATE" (select as an alternate) meaning if your first choice (offer) doesn't accept, you could possibly be matched with an alternate choice.
- "Decline" (No Interest) making sure you are not matched with that student.
If you rank a student as 'offer' or 'alternate' and you are paired with that student during the optimal pairing process, you are obligated to hire that student.
- Once you 'rank' a student, a compensation screen will appear. You must enter the Gross Weekly Salary you are offering that student at this time. You may also include any additional compensation, i.e. stipend for transportation, housing, etc. you are offering the student at this time however, this is optional. Please note, you will need to enter this information for EACH student whom you wish to rank as offer or alternate.
- The 'gross salary' that you input is considered a financial commitment which you are obligated to pay should you be matched with the student.
