Evaluate your Co-op Student

Evaluation of Student Performance

The Evaluation of Student Performance is designed to assess your Drexel Co-op student's performance during their 6-month Co-op experience with your company.  The evaluation is available to you to complete through Drexel.SCDConline approximately one month prior to the completion of the student’s Co-op experience. The Steinbright Career Development Center (Steinbright) uses the information contained in the evaluation to assist the student in assessing and developing the goals and objectives for their learning experiences and in developing and or modifying career plans.  Drexel Co-op employers are required to complete an evaluation of student performance for each student they employ.

Evaluators should review the evaluation with the student before the student completes their assignment and provide the student with an objective evaluation of their performance.  The evaluator should also provide the student a copy of the evaluation at the time of the review.  Steinbright will not release a copy of the evaluation to the student. A copy of the evaluation will be kept in the student’s record.
