Employers will rank you in one of three ways:

• Job offer
• Qualified Alternate
• No Employer Interest

Rank your Jobs

Think carefully and contact your coordinator if you have any questions. This is the most important step of the entire online job search process. Do not rank a job if you do not want it! Leave it alone and it will go to another student. This is your way of saying "no thank you" to the position.
